Worcester, Mass.-based UMass Memorial Health Care is providing staff members benefits for their work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The rewards vary from $125 to $500, depending upon hours worked and whether the employee is full-time, part-time or per diem, stated Sergio Melgar, executive vice president and CFO, throughout an interview with Beckers.
” People worked very hard over the previous 6 months,” Mr. Melgar told Beckers, adding that all of the health centers efficiency measures had actually improved, consisting of quality and client complete satisfaction scores.
