Hackensack Meridian Health rolls out patient-provider matching platform

Since Hackensack University Health Network and Meridian Health combined to form HMH in 2016, the system now includes 17 medical facilities and more than 500 locations across New Jersey. HMH now has more than 9,000 service provider profiles constructed into KyruusOnes platform.

Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health is releasing new software application to improve its companies online profiles and enhance patient matching and online scheduling, according to a Nov. 2 press release.

Hackensack Meridian Health tapped health IT start-up Kyruus to implement the KyruusOne provider data management platform to enhance client access. The platform recognizes synonyms and more consumer-friendly terms for physicians specializeds and focus locations to make it simpler for patients to search for and discover an appropriate supplier.
