North Dakota hospital to issue 2nd round of employee bonuses

The funds for the bonuses originate from the CARES Act, Darcie Rose, executive assistant and marketing planner for Heart of America Medical Center, informed Beckers..

Heart of America Medical Center will provide workers another round of bonus offers, authorized Oct. 19 by the Rugby, N.D.-based healthcare facilitys board of trustees.
