UC San Francisco has tapped Matthew Cook as president of UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospitals and senior vice president of UCSF childrens services, reliable Dec. 31, officials stated Oct. 22.
1. Mr. Cook is president of Riley Childrens Health and chief technique officer for Indiana University Health, both in Indianapolis.
2. He previously acted as executive vice president of tactical planning and company advancement at Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia.
3. At UC San Francisco, he will oversee UCSF Benioff Childrens Hospitals and the UCSF Benioff Childrens Physicians structure, in addition to tactical instructions, operations and clinical services for all pediatric services, officials said. He will likewise partner with academic programs and concentrate on UC San Franciscos equity, variety and inclusion initiatives.
