Palantir is dealing with the federal government on a system that will track COVID-19 vaccines, according to The Wall Street Journal.

1. Palantir currently works with the federal government to power the HHS COVID-19 information dashboard and is now applying the exact same software to track vaccine manufacturing, administration and distribution.
The federal government intends to utilize the details to track patterns and identify concerns avoiding individuals from receiving the vaccine. The system will not collect individual health information.
3. Eventually, the federal government aims to supply health authorities with state-level analyses and maps to prevent circulation traffic jams and administration spaces.
4. Palantir went public in September and has a market cap of $15 billion.
