Novant wins approval to build medical campus in Charlotte

The rezoning enables Novant to build medical offices, clinics, health institutions, surgical treatment centers, emergency situation spaces or other medical buildings on the land.

The Charlotte City Council on Oct. 19 all approved Novants rezoning petition for the 23.6-acre website..
