Banner Health will carry out Innovaccers interoperability platform as part of its client data debt consolidation method, according to an Oct. 15 news release.
1. Banner Health will deploy Innovaccers Data Activation Platform, which is developed with quick health care interoperability resources, the nationwide data-sharing requirement.
2. With the information platform, Banner Health will be able to integrate medical and payer information dispersed across its medical facilities, practices and systems for a thorough view of patients records.
3. The partnership also supports Banner Healths population health management technique due to the fact that the platform provides service providers real-time updates on care gaps and coding gaps to develop a more thorough view of the clients.
