Microsoft reported an interruption to its Azure cloud and Office 365 on Sept. 28, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.
1. Microsoft determined a concern with Office 365 due to a software application change and had the ability to restore it to an earlier version, however the repair didnt bring back regular service. 2 hours after determining the problem, Microsoft reported improvement.
