Washington health district says it accidentally disclosed COVID-19 health records to partner agency 

The health district shared the health info on Sept. 8 with Northeast Washington Educational Service District 101 school administrators and nursing personnel. In addition to COVID-19 info, first and last names, dates of birth, telephone number and employer details was launched..

The health district is examining the occurrence and stated it will do whats needed to reduce unapproved disclosures in the future..
