St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to build $110M patient housing facility

Dominos will supply the funds for the new facility, which is slated to open in spring 2023.

Memphis, Tenn.-based St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital will start constructing a brand-new $110 million housing center for clients and their households this fall, called The Dominos Village.

The six-story, 288,998-square-foot center will be found in Memphis and feature an underground parking lot, an outdoors courtyard/play area and a pedestrian bridge linking it to the St. Jude campus. It will feature 140 units for both short-term and long-lasting stays, including one-, 2- and three-bedroom suites.
