The Childrens Hospital Alliance of Tennessee focuses on bringing in management and specialists from the states kidss hospitals to promote and team up on kidss health concerns.

Ms. Carter became CEO of Niswonger Childrens in 2015. Under her leadership, the healthcare facility has implemented brand-new programs in neonatal abstaining syndrome, trauma-informed care, rural telehealth and social determinants of health.
Lisa Carter, the CEO of Niswonger Childrens Hospital and vice president of pediatric services at Ballad Health, both in Johnson City, Tenn., is the new board chair for the Childrens Hospital Alliance of Tennessee.
