Atlanta-based Emory Healthcare has actually called Lilicia Bailey chief human resources officer, health center officials revealed Sept. 1..

Ms. Bailey earned her masters degree in human resource management from DeVry Universitys Keller Graduate School of Management in Naperville, Ill., and her MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif.
