HHS help wanted: $250M for PR campaign to instill US ‘confidence to return to work’

The interactions project centers on developing public service ads to convince Americans to “engage in habits that actively promote health habits or good citizenship,” the HHS file states, according to Politico. The project reportedly includes offering public health, therapeutic and vaccine details to Americans, in addition to details on resuming stages.

The “efficiency work statement,” which was sent out to interactions companies, states that most of the money will be invested before January, according to the publication.

HHS told companies the proposed agreement intends to “defeat anguish and influence hope, sharing best practices for businesses to operate in the new regular and instill confidence to return to work and restart the economy.”.

HHS is bidding a proposed contract worth more than $250 million for an interactions campaign about the pandemic, according to an internal file obtained by Politico.
