A brand-new toolkit is available to assist health systems incorporate electronic patient-reported results into care shipment.
The toolkit offers tools and standards to health systems looking to integrate electronic patient-reported results into scientific care, rather than patient-reported results collected through traditional pen-and-paper methods. The standards are organized around three core subject areas: combination, reporting and governance.
The toolkit was established by a group from Seattle-based University of Washington utilizing a grant awarded by the HHS Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
