Walgreens Boots Alliance, Microsoft and Adobe introduced a brand-new digital offering for personalized healthcare and shopping.
3 things to know:.
1. The brand-new platform is the 2nd stage of WBAs digital transformation and will provide customers access to its global pharmacy and retail businesses. Its commitment program has more than 100 million members.
2. The broadened partnership with Microsoft and Adobe will offer WBA more insight on consumer choices while securing personal privacy with Microsofts cloud platform. WBA will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights as its customer information platform and Adobes Customer Experience Management solutions.
3. Walgreens will release an individually tailored prescription function for consumers with the new customization platform.
