Lewisburg, Pa.-based Evangelical Community Hospital plans to delay pay boosts and not fill 15 employment opportunities to help balance out losses attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to The Daily Item.
The hospital said it will delay modification and benefit increases for all workers till next year. In addition, it prepares to minimize per hour staffing rewards and training hours, not fill 15 employment opportunities and lower its 401( k) company match.
