Hy-Vee adds 12 more salad varieties to recall over cyclospora risk – KCRG

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa (KCRG) – A major Iowa-based grocery seller expanded the list of bagged salad mixes that might be contaminated by a harmful parasite.
Hy-Vee, Inc., said that 12 more ranges of its bagged salads are being remembered from all of its shops as part of a continuous outbreak of cyclospora illnesses in the upper midwest United States. The Food and Drug Administration had formerly only recalled the businesss garden salad items.
